IDELIX specializes in the design and integration of advanced visualization technologies. Pliable Display Technology (PDT) by IDELIX is a sophisticated, immersive user interface technology for interactive detail-in-context data viewing and manipulation. PDT provides a “screen real-estate” solution for the efficient use of geospatial imagery, maps, video, Web, and other rich and converged content.
IDELIX also offers professional services to integrate PDT into host applications, including user interface design specification and feature implementation. Combining PDT with partner and customer applications, IDELIX is improving the way businesses and individuals view and edit information. IDELIX Software Inc. was founded in 1996 by Physicist Dr. David Baar as a result of his interest in software for the visualization and presentation of numerical modeling and image processing data. IDELIX is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia.
